摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨结节性筋膜炎的病因和诊断方法。方法报告3例肌内型结节性筋膜炎患者资料,并结合文献对结节性筋膜炎的病因、诊断方法进行回顾性分析。结果结节性筋膜炎好发于20~40岁,临床检查为界限清晰或不清晰的结节;CT可见结节与肌筋膜关系密切,切除行组织病理学检查是诊断本病的最好方法。结论结节性筋膜炎的发病机制尚不明确,临床表现复杂多样,临床医师应加强对结节性筋膜炎的认识,提高诊断的正确率。手术是治疗本病的最好方法。

Abstract: PURPOSE: To investigate the etiology and diagnosis of nodular fasciitis. METHODS: Three patients diagnosed as intramuscular type of nodular fasciitis were reported and the relevant literatures of etiology and diagnosis were reviewed. RESULTS: Nodular fasciitis was typically diagnosed in adults between the ages of 20 and 40 years with equal incidence of males and females. The boundary of nodule was clear or unclear on clinical examination. The nodules were closely related to myofascia on CT. Histopathological examination is the best tool to diagnose this disease. CONCLUSIONS: The pathogenesis of nodular fasciitis remains unknown, and clinical manifestations are complex and diverse. Clinicians should improve the understanding of nodular fasciitis to improve the accuracy of diagnosis. Surgery is the optimal treatment for nodular fasciitis.
