Ceramage聚合瓷嵌体与大块树脂修复无髓磨牙疗效评价

Evaluation of the efficacy of Ceramage polymeric porcelain inlay and bulk block resin in the restoration of pulpless molars

摘要: 目的: 评价Ceramage聚合瓷嵌体与大块树脂修复无髓磨牙的疗效。方法: 选择2022年3月—2023年12月榆林市第一医院收治的无髓磨牙患者68例,患牙68颗。采用奇偶数字法分为试验组和对照组,每组各34例。对照组采用大块树脂修复,试验组采用Ceramage聚合瓷嵌体修复。随访12个月,比较2组牙体修复效果及牙周健康指标。结果: 修复后6个月,2组修复体颜色、边缘密合性、边缘着色度、修复体磨损、修复体固位、继发龋程度、邻近关系、牙龈指数(gingival index,GI)、菌斑指数(plaque index,PI)、牙松动度和牙槽骨吸收相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。修复后12个月,2组修复体颜色、边缘密合性、边缘着色度、修复体固位、邻近关系相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。试验组修复体磨损、继发龋程度、PI及牙槽骨吸收程度显著低于对照组(P<0.05),牙抗折负荷显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论: Ceramage聚合瓷嵌体修复无髓磨牙的牙体修复效果良好且持久稳定。

Abstract: PURPOSE: To evaluate the efficacy of Ceramage polymeric porcelain inlay and bulk block resin in the restoration of pulpless molars. METHODS: Sixty-eight patients with pulpeless molars admitted to the First Hospital of Yulin from March 2022 to December 2023 were selected, with 68 affected teeth. The patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group by the odd-even number method, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was repaired with bulk block resin, while the experimental group was repaired with Ceramage polymeric porcelain inlay. After 12 months of follow-up, the restoration effect and periodontal health indexes of the two groups were compared. RESULTS: Six months after restoration, there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of the color of restorations, marginal adaptation, marginal staining, restoration wear, restoration retention, secondary caries degree, proximal contact, gingival index(GI), plaque index(PI), tooth mobility and alveolar bone resorption(P>0.05). At 12 months after restoration, there were no significant differences in the color, edge fit, edge coloration, restoration retention and proximity relationship between the two groups (P>0.05). The wear of the prosthesis, the degree of secondary caries, PI and the degree of alveolar bone resorption in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the load of tooth fracture resistance was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The dental restoration effect of Ceramage polymeric porcelain inlay for pulpless molars is good, long-lasting and stable.
