摘要/Abstract

摘要： [提要] 上颌磨牙近颊多存在第2根管（MB2）,然而临床上MB2的发现率却较低,常常由于根管遗漏而造成根管治疗失败。本文报告2例上颌磨牙MB2根管遗漏病例,总结分析MB2根管遗漏原因以及临床上避免MB2遗漏的方法。

关键词: 上颌磨牙, MB2, 遗漏根管

Abstract: [Summary] The incidence of MB2in maxillary permanent molar is fairly high, but the clinical detection rate is lower. Generally, failed endodontic treatment of maxillary molars is caused by undetection of the MB2.
