摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：探讨口腔扁平苔藓患者的人格行为类型,为临床预防、治疗和自我保健提供依据。方法：采用病例对照方法,患病组(78例)与对照组(79例)人员按照要求填写A型行为类型问卷和症状自评量表(SCL-90),然后将患病组与对照组的结果进行比较分析。采用SPSS 19.0软件包中的独立样本t检验进行统计学分析。结果：患病组A型行为类型问卷评分高于对照组,具有显著差异(P<0.05);症状自评量表(SCL-90)结果显示,患病组躯体化、强迫症状、焦虑、抑郁、敌对、偏执等因子得分高于对照组,具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论：A型人格行为类型与口腔扁平苔藓发病与发展有着密切关系。

Abstract: PURPOSE: To study the type of behavior in patients with oral lichen planus (OLP). METHODS: This study included 78 patients who were diagnosed as OLP and 79 healthy people. Using case-control method, subjects in 2 groups completed the questionnaire of type A behavior and SCL-90. Then the results were analyzed with SPSS 19.0 soft ware package. RESULTS: The scores in questionnaire of type A behavior and SCL-90 between the 2 groups had significant difference (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: There is a significant correlation between oral lichen planus and type A behavior.
