摘要/Abstract

摘要： 下颌下腺导管先天闭锁,为唾液腺导管发育异常中较罕见的一种类型,其主要临床表现为单侧或双侧受累下颌下腺导管浅面的口底肿胀,MRI检查对其诊断有重要价值。本文报告我院收治的1例病例,并结合文献对其病因、临床表现、诊断及治疗进行讨论。

关键词: 下颌下腺导管先天闭锁, 唾液腺导管发育异常, 导管移位术

Abstract: Congenital imperforate submandibular duct is one of developmental abnormalities of the salivary duct. Swelling in the mouth floor along the submandibular gland duct is the major clinical manifestations. MRI is of important value for the diagnosis of this lesion. We reported one case and reviewed the literatures regarding to its etiology, symptom, diagnosis, and therapy.
