Forsus矫治器治疗青少年生长发育高峰后期安氏Ⅱ类错畸形的疗效分析

Clinical effect of Class Ⅱ malocclusion treated with Forsus appliance following growth spurts

摘要： 目的:评价Forsus矫治器治疗青少年生长发育高峰后期安氏Ⅱ类错畸形的临床效果。方法:应用Forsus矫治器对22例生长发育高峰后期安氏Ⅱ类错畸形青少年患者进行矫治,治疗前、后进行X线头影测量分析,评价其疗效。采用SPSS14.0软件包对所得数据进行配对t检验。结果:经过6～8个月( 平均7.2个月)的治疗,SNB角增加(1.4±0.002)°,前牙覆、覆盖分别减少(5±0.000) mm和(5.5±0.000) mm,磨牙达到Ⅰ类关系,下前牙唇倾(1.3±0.005)°,上前牙舌倾(1.5±0.004)°,差异均具有显著性(P＜0.05)。结论:Forsus矫治器能有效促进生长发育高峰后期下颌骨的生长,改善安氏Ⅱ类错的磨牙关系和侧貌。

Abstract: PURPOSE: To evaluate the clinical effect of Forsus appliance in the treatment of patients with Class Ⅱ malocclusion after growth spurts. METHODS: Twenty-two patients with Class Ⅱmalocclusion were treated with Fursus appliance.Cephalogram pre-and post-treatment was taken,and the clinical effect was evaluated.SPASS14.0 software package was used for paired t test. RESULTS: Six to eight months after treatment, SNB increased (1.4±0.002)°,overbite and overjet decreased (5±0.000) mm and (5.5±0.000) mm, the relationship of molar reached ClassⅠ, upper incisiors were retruded (1.5±0.004)°, while low incisiors were proclined (1.3±0.005)°. Significant difference was found before and after treatment (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The growth of mandible was promoted remarkably by Forsus appliance following growth spurts, the relationship of molar and profile were also improved.
