经上颌窦侧壁开窗取出移位入窦腔内种植体1例报告

摘要： 经牙槽突上颌窦底提升同期植入种植体后，种植体移位入上颌窦内较少出现。本文报告1例经上颌窦侧壁开窗取出移位入上颌窦腔内的种植体病例，并对种植体移位原因、预防措施进行总结，以避免种植过程中出现种植体移位入上颌窦内。

Abstract: Accidental displacement of end osseous implants into the maxillary sinus is an uncommon but potential complication in implant surgery due to the special features of the posterior aspect of the maxillary bone. The authors reported one case implant displacement into the maxillary sinus by lateral window technique. The causes for displacement, preventive measures were summarized, in order to avoid this kind of complication.
